Swarthbeck farm offers you five stunning holiday cottages on the banks of Ullswater in the heart of the Lake District.

The five houses and cottages are all totally different, in stunning situations and positions on Ullswater.

All ages provided for, active holidays and peaceful breaks alike with personal lake frontage.

Large groups and family gatherings, all the cottages have full central heating and the use of boats and bikes which are sometimes available to borrow.  (May - October)

Dogs and pets welcome with easy access to all the local fells for walks

All the cottages are close to the local village shops and pubs with a hotel with bar and dining room only 1 mile away.

We are also close to the world famous Sharrow Bay Hotal.

It is a great place to explore the rest of Lake District and the Scottish Borders, Hadrian's Wall and Yorkshire Dales.
