Once you have confirmed that the cottage of your choice is free then download and complete the BOOKING FORM and send it back to Swarthbeck Farm, the address can be found at the bottom of the page.

Christmas, New Year, Easter and Spring Bank Holiday charges are as High Season

.Please note that from the 1st January 2009, the new change over days will be from Friday to Friday.

BOATS AND MOUNTAIN BIKES
Mirror and Topper sailing dinghies, open boats with outboard motors and kayaks available for visitors use (May - October) who must be experienced or have a person in their party who can give supervision . We regret we cannot give lessons. Buoyancy aids provided and must be worn. Boats can only be used when we consider weather conditions to be suitable. We also have a range of mountain bikes and can provide helmets.

DOGS
Can be brought provided they are kept under control. Please do not allow your pets upstairs. There is a charge of £10.00 per dog per week or £2.00 per day for weekends/short breaks.

HORSES
Grazing available for visitors horses at £25.00 per week or £5.00 per night (no VAT). Loose box available. Route maps and ride descriptions provided, and supervision by qualified Trail Ride Leader can be arranged.

LINEN
Provided on request at £4 per person.

TELEPHONE AND ELECTRICITY
Cost as advised by supplier (telephone) or by reference to meter readings (all cottages)

COTS/HIGH CHAIRS
Provided on request.

GAS & FIREWOOD
No extra charge for gas stoves (Ravensghyll Bonscale Swarthbeck House and Auterstone) or firewood (Swarthbeck Cottage)

DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FORMS
Bookings confirmed, provided properties still available on receipt of completed Booking Form and appropriate deposit (£117.50 for full weeks and £58.75 for weekends and short breaks)
