Once you have confirmed that the cottage of your choice is free then download and complete the BOOKING FORM and send it back to Swarthbeck Farm, the address can be found at the bottom of the page.

Christmas, New Year, Easter and Spring Bank Holiday charges are as High Season

.Please note that from the 1st January 2009, the new change over days will be from Friday to Friday.

BOATS AND MOUNTAIN BIKES
Mirror and Topper sailing dinghies, open boats with  outboard motors and kayaks available for visitors’ use. Buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn. Boats can only be used when we consider weather conditions to be suitable. We have a range of mountain bikes and can provide helmets.

HORSES
Grazing available for visitors’ horses at £25 per week (or £5.00 per night). Loose box available. Route maps  and  ride descriptions provided, and supervision by qualified Trail Ride Leader can be arranged, for additional information HORSES page.

LINEN
Linen can be provided on request at £4.00 per person per week.

TELEPHONE AND ELECTRICITY
Cost as advised by supplier (telephone) or by reference to meter readings (electricity), this applies to all cottages.

COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS
Provided on request at no extra charge.

GAS
No extra charge  for gas central heating (Ravensghyll only) or gas stoves (Ravensghyll, Bonscale, Swarthbeck House and  Auterstone) or firewood (Swarthbeck Cottage))

DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FORMS
Bookings confirmed, provided properties still available, on receipt of completed Booking Form and appropriate deposit (£115 for full weeks and £57.50 for weekends and short breaks)
